Sunday Night PlanningMake Sunday night, your planning night. Before you head to bed, take a peek at your coming week and create a plan for studying. Do you have a hockey practice on Tuesday? Need to clean the bathroom on Wednesday? Dinner at Grandma’s on Saturday? Try to carve out time and make a tentative plan for your study sessions based on all your other commitments.
Make Sunday night a time for the whole family to plan together!

Study Harder Subjects FirstWhen you first sit down to study, you will be more focused.
Use this focused time to tackle your harder subjects. You can also use this time to study the subjects you dislike and save your favourite subjects as a reward. Healthy Snacks and Drinks are key to successTake a few minutes before you start your session to grab a healthy snack and a low sugar drink. You want to choose snacks that will sustain you, not cause you to crash 20 minutes in. Be sure to have a water, sparkling water or a low caffeine tea on hand for your session.
