Healthy Snacks and Drinks are key to success
Take a few minutes before you start your session to grab a healthy snack and a low sugar drink. You want to choose snacks that will sustain you, not cause you to crash 20 minutes in. Be sure to have a water, sparkling water or a low caffeine tea on hand for your session.
